West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, Washington, negotiated on behalf of the State Services Organization a 237,848-sq. ft.,15-year lease at 400-444 N. Capitol St., NW, Washington, also known as the Hall of the States Building, just a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol. The early lease restructuring by WLS reduced aggregate real estate costs prior to 2014and for the next 15 years.
