Jonathan is a Principal of West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, LLC.


Jonathan entered the commercial real estate industry as a tenant representation broker with The Ezra Company in 2005, where he obtained valuable experience and knowledge in negotiation, transaction management, market and financial analysis and strategic planning. Jonathan joined WLS in August of 2014.

Jonathan has developed a unique ability to understand his client’s business structure and future goals and through the structuring creative real estate transactions which are aligned with his client’s goals.

Market & Industry Focus

Jonathan works primarily in downtown Washington, D.C., but has also completed numerous transactions in the suburban Maryland and Virginia office markets. This approach has enabled Jonathan to successfully represent some of Washington, D.C.’s most prominent law firms, trade associations, nonprofit organizations and professional service firms throughout his tenure.

Education, Professional Affiliations, & Community Work

Jonathan attended the University of Cincinnati with a focus in Communications. He is a third generation Washingtonian, and currently lives in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C.


Outside the office, Jonathan is an avid ice hockey player and golfer, enjoys spending time with friends and family and appreciates the opportunity to travel internationally.
